Returns and Exchanges

We’re excited about the products we make for you and we want you to be truly happy & content with your purchase. If you do have a change of mind, we accept requests for returns and exchanges within the first 14 days after your purchase.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition. Products that have been worn, used, damaged or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. You are responsible for the shipping charges to return products back to us. After receiving your returned product in its original condition, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price excluding any shipping charges.

If you would like to exchange a product for another item, you are responsible for the shipping charges to send out the new product to you as well as any additional amount owed if you exchange your previous purchase for a higher priced product. In case you exchange your previous purchase for a lower priced product we will issue a refund of any amount left after deducting the purchase price of your new product and shipping cost.

We don’t refund products damaged after they are shipped. In the unlikely event they are damaged in transit you must file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Shipping costs and credit card fees in general are non-refundable.
